1️⃣ Return Eligibility
You can return items within 30 days from the delivery date (customize the number of days as needed).
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- It must be in the same condition you received it.
- Certain items are not eligible (see exclusions below).
2️⃣ Return Process
How to initiate a return:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to Orders > Select Order > Return Item.
- Choose the item(s) and reason for return.
- Submit your return request.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions and your return authorization.
3️⃣ Return Shipping
- Free returns on eligible domestic orders. (If you choose to offer free returns — optional)
- Use the provided pre-paid label.
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
If using your own courier, keep the tracking number until refund is processed.
4️⃣ Refund Method & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the return:
- Refund is processed within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
Note: Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
5️⃣ Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Size or color only.
To exchange:
- Initiate a return for the original item.
- Place a new order for the desired size/color.
(Optional: Offer instant exchange on select products.)
6️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
These items cannot be returned:
- Underwear & intimates
- Swimwear (if hygiene seals are removed)
- Customized or personalized products
- Final sale / clearance items (if you choose to label them as such)
7️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
We’ll arrange a:
- Replacement
- or Full refund
at no extra cost.
